
Cheese frittata with truffles
Ingredients
- 50g sliced black truffles (fresh or in olive oil)
- 60g butter
- 40g grated pager cheese
- 30g grated cheese with truffles
- 8 eggs
- little salt
for 4 person(s)
Instructions
- Melt the butter and add sliced black truffles to the leaves
- when it boils, mix in whipped eggs to which we have added a little salt and grated cheese with truffles
- Finally, add pager cheese to the finished frittata
