Cheese frittata with truffles


  • 50g sliced black truffles (fresh or in olive oil)
  • 60g butter
  • 40g grated pager cheese
  • 30g grated cheese with truffles
  • 8 eggs
  • little salt
for 4 person(s)


  • Melt the butter and add sliced black truffles to the leaves
  • when it boils, mix in whipped eggs to which we have added a little salt and grated cheese with truffles
  • Finally, add pager cheese to the finished frittata
