Istrian Fuži with Truffle Cheese
- 500 g Istrian Fuži
- 1 tsp Tartufata
- cheese with truffles
- 100ml cream
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
Cook the pasta according to the package, drain, leave in the pot.
Heat the olive oil, tartufata and cream for about a minute on a small pan, stir, add salt and pepper and right before the end stir in small pieces of cheese and allow it to slightly melt.
Pour a little bit of olive oil over it.
