Pasta with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 400 g FIOLI pasta
- 1 fresh red pepper
- 1 fresh green pepper
- 5 cucumbers
- 3-4 tablespoons of corn
- 1 larger red onion
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 dcl cream
- salt as desired
for 4 persons person(s)
Instructions
Simmer the onion in small pieces in oil. Dice the peppers and cucumbers, add corn and cream. Cooking FIOLI pasta 12 - 14 min. (to the desired ""al dente"" hardness). Mix everything and salt.
