"PREMIUM TRAPIST VERONIKA" is a semi-hard cow's cheese produced exclusively from milk from the pastures of Hrvatski Zagorje. The cheese has a mild, sweet, mild taste, with the subsequent development of fruity aromas, and its taste and smell intensify as it ripens.
Consumption: it is best to consume the cheese cut into triangular slices, due to the full flavor and aromas that are most effectively released this way.
The specialty of this cheese is in the way and possibilities of combining it with primarily white, dry wines, but thanks to its sweetness and mild taste, it also pairs well with semi-dry white wines.
