The first hard Zagorje cheese produced according to a traditional recipe from milk from Zagorje pastures. Carefully aged for at least nine months to fully develop its spicy flavor with an earthy, nutty aroma. It goes well with red wines.
Cut the cheese into cubes and leave it for 15-20 minutes at room temperature to release its aroma and achieve fullness of taste.
