This is a very special pršut, almost 4 years old. It is only produced in very small quantities by the family company Alduk and is made exclusively from Croatian pork. Sea salt is used as the only ingredient. This product is only available in London at Borough Market, you can eat it in Michelin star restaurants in Croatia or buy it here in our Delikroat shop or in the Delikroat web shop. Nowhere else!
