Our Truffle products

Our truffle products come from the Karlić family, who have been harvesting both white and black truffles with trained truffle dogs in the forest near the Istrian town of Buzet, a particularly good truffle area, for generations. In this truffle area you will not only find the particularly precious white truffle (Tuber magnatum), but also varieties of valuable black truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt, Tuber ubicatum, Tuber melanu sporum).

Among the most popular products are the olive oils with white or black truffle flavor, which can be used wonderfully as a complement to white meat and salads or to serve the Istrian truffle salami or the famous hard cheese with black truffle. The truffle cheese is available in three variants, namely made from cow, sheep or goat milk.

Truffle sauces such as tartufata, truffle cream or pâté with white truffles are particularly suitable for refining dishes or as a spread. Truffle creams for pasta dishes can of course also be made with the help of truffle salt, sliced ​​and ground black truffle.
