Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 apples
- 2 oranges
- a handful of spinach leaves
- 3 tsp rolled oats
- 3 tsp shelled hemp seeds
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- water
for 1 person(s)
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender or in a smoothie blender and mix until the smoothie is ready. Drink immediately or chill. Add an ice cube on hot summer days.
