United Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Ripening in the oak barrel that, despite long - 16 months - leaves room for the fruit to appear with elegance. The scent mixes the black currant Cabernet with ripe plums merlot, still showing a classic earthy touch, and roasting tones, dried flowers and leaves with a light liquorice background. In the mouth we have a structured wine, with strong tannins, good acidity and a very intense final, which brings touches of dried fruits, leather and a greasy mineral touch. In any case gastronomy, it deserves at least 30 minutes of ventilation in decanter before the tasting.
