A fresh wine, rich fruit on the nose with floral undertones, warm on the palate, finely rounded, harmonious, with firm body. Beautiful bright crystal color of yellow straw, clearly intense aroma alluding to fresh apples and peaches and also some bright field flowers. The taste is lively, mineral, slightly sharp and bitter, spicy, round, juicy. The finish has a pleasant mild bitterness that is specific to the indigenous Graševina grape variety.

Serve chilled at a temperature of 10 to 12 degrees Celsius. It is a good companion to cold and simple warm starters such as home-made delicacies such as Pršut or Kulen, also with pasta with vegetable sauce, with seafood, fish or veal risotto and cooked fish, this classically developed Graševina fits perfectly.
