The figs were dried by the sun, they were not sprayed and are neither sulphurized nor sweetened. There were no pesticides used.

Dried figs are healthy

They are rich in vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, C, folic acid and niacin) and minerals (potassium, sodium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron). Especially their high content of potassium and fiber promote a healthy digestive system. Besides, they are a valuable energy supplier. There are about 15 - 20 pieces in a bag.
