Maraschino Käsekuchen im Glas

Maraschino cheesecake in a glass


  • 50 g digestive biscuit
  • 25 g butter
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 1 powdered sugar
  • 5 cl Maraschino liqueur
  • 1 Sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g Cherry jam
  • 5 cl Cherry juice
for 4 person(s)


Chop up the biscuits, mix them with the melted butter and divide the mixture into 4 cups, which you have previously placed on a cold, damp tea towel.

Bring to cool.

Mix the mascarpone, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and maraschino and add it to the glasses.

Let cool for at least an hour. For the topping, mix amaren jam and nectar and pour onto the cooled cream and place back in the refrigerator until serving. Good Appetite!
