Pasta with Truffles
Ingredients
- 400 g FIOLI pasta
- 8 dag butter
- 6 - 8 dag truffles
- 3 dcl sweet cream
- 5 dag grated cheese
- salt and pepper as desired
for 4 person(s)
Instructions
Roast truffles on butter, add salt and pepper, cream and half grated cheese.
Cook FIOLI pasta 12 - 14 min. (to the desired ""al dente"" hardness) and topped with sauce. Sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese.
