Truffle beef steak with asparagus
- 150 g beef lung roast per serving
- black truffle
- green asparagus
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
Fry the meat on both sides for 2-3 minutes and rub some black truffles over it Wash and peel the asparagus and slightly cut off the asparagus ends. Fry the asparagus for 2-3 minutes and let the mozzarella melt over it. Round off with salt, pepper and olive oil.
