
Almond tomato pasta
Ingredients
Pasta with tomatoes, basil and almonds
- 400 g FIOLI pasta
- 5 leaves of fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons white ground almonds
- 2 - 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 - 5 tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt and pepper as desired
for 4 person(s)
Instructions
cook FIOLI pasta for 12 - 14 min. (to the desired ""al dente"" hardness).
Ground basil, add ground almonds, minced garlic, peeled tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix it all together with the pasta. It can be served hot and cold.</p>
