Ingredients

Durum wheat semolina, water. The Fioli have an acidity of up to 3.5, moisture up to 13.5%.

 

The fioli are dried and can be transported without refrigeration. Boil in slightly salted water, according to the package information.

mushroom-zucchini-pasta

Ingredients
  • 400 g FIOLI pasta
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 3 young zucchini
  • 100 g bacon
  • sheep cheese if desired
Pasta with mushrooms, young zucchini and bacon
for 4 person(s)
Instructions

Simmer the mushrooms and zucchini in oil and add the bacon sliced. Cook FIOLI pasta 12 - 14 min. (to the desired ""al dente"" hardness). Mix it all together. Optionally put sheep cheese.
