Pizza with wild salami

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough 300 g
  • Slices of salami with wild boar meat
  • Oregano
  • Sieved tomatoes (passata)
  • Pepperoni to taste (mild/spicy)
  • Mozzarella
  • Mushrooms, fresh or from a jar
  • Whipped cream
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

First, roll out the dough to the size of a baking dish or mold.

Spread the sieved tomatoes (tomato sauce) over the dough using a brush or spoon.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Arrange the mushrooms.

Add salami to the mushrooms in the amount that suits you. You can use wild boar salami or venison salami or mix both.

Finish with pepperoni.

Place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for about 10 minutes until the edges of the dough turn dark.

Finally decorate the finished pizza with whipped cream.

Drinking recommendation: Dark beer or our Korlat Merlot.
