Winemaking and maturation : Manual harvest in mid-September. Fermentation under controlled conditions at a temperature of 13 ° C. After fermentation, the wine remains on the yeast for three months using the "sur lie" method, which promotes malolactic fermentation. This method perfectly supports the vivacity of the Malvazija Istarska grape variety.
Aromatic profile of the wine : Fruity, floral, scents and aromas of peach, citrus and traces of tropical fruits. Rich aromatic complexity with pleasant minerality. Medium-sized body, exceptional drinking pleasure and freshness.
