scrambeld eggs (Fritaja) with pršut
- 2 bundles of wild asparagus
- 50 ml Chiavalon Organic – extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g Pršut
- 8 eggs
- pinch of salt
for 4 person(s)
- Put a pan on a stove, add the oil and add the thinly sliced prosciutto.
- Break or cut the asparagus into 3-5 cm pieces and add them to the prosciutto in the pan after 2-3 minutes.
- Stir fry for a couple of minutes, cover with mixed eggs and salt, keep stirring until the eggs are done.
