Ingredients

  • 2 bundles of wild asparagus
  • 50 ml Chiavalon Organic – extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g Pršut
  • 8 eggs
  • pinch of salt
for 4 person(s)

Instructions

  • Put a pan on a stove, add the oil and add the thinly sliced prosciutto.
  • Break or cut the asparagus into 3-5 cm pieces and add them to the prosciutto in the pan after 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir fry for a couple of minutes, cover with mixed eggs and salt, keep stirring until the eggs are done.

TIP: You can also add the Salsa Tartufata towards the end of the cooking time and transform the fritaja into an exclusive taste experience!
