The Plavac mali Grand Cru is an outstanding, dry red wine from the grape variety Plavac. The Grand Cru comes from exceptional vineyards, is picked up late and the grapes are preserved on the mash a prolonged maceration, fermentation in barrique barrels. This Plavac Grand Cru has aromas of dried fruit that blend harmoniously with vanilla and caramel oak.
The Grgurević Plavac mali Grand Cru 2016 is only available in a limited quantity and we can not offer it - once it is sold out!
Vinification: Maceration for 14-24 days. Harvest: Mid to end of October
Aging: 18-24 months in barriques and another 12 months in bottles.
Aging potential: 6-9 years
