Plavac Mali Selection
Plavac mali selection is a dry quality wine made from grapes of the Plavac mali variety. The grapes for this wine are specially hand-picked from 30 year old vineyards. The wine has a dark ruby red color with different shades of blue that vary from year to year depending on the specific climatological conditions that favor the creation of a new, special and unique wine each year.
Wooden barrels made from the best Slavonian oak perfectly soften its pronounced tannin and transform it into perfectly soft, ripe notes. The aroma exudes recognizable varietal aromas of forest berries, freshness and playfulness of local yeasts, which have made this wine a recognizable product.
The taste follows the expectations of the fragrance, with moderately dosed soft tannins that balance the freshness of the acids and create a recognizable taste that only Pelješac can offer.
