
Fuži-Sepia with fish
Ingredients
Fast preparation of two-tone pasta for up to 12 minutes for 4-5 people
- 400g Two-tone Fuži
- Fish fillets in olive oil
- 250g red chicory
- Extra virgin olive oil on request
- pepper, salt
for 4-5 person(s)
Instructions
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water (don't save with the salt!). Pour olive oil into the pan; Add the chopped chicory. Sweat very briefly (approx. 30 seconds);
Add fish with mixed pepper, add a pinch of salt and mix the drained fuži (without rinsing with water and not too dry!) With the sauce and serve warm. Hammer. And always succeed!
