The fioli are dried and will therefore be transported without the need of cooling. Just cook them in slightly salted water according to the packaging information.

Pasta with Vegetables

Ingredients for 4 persons:

400 g FIOLI or RAGUS pasta (optional)

1 fresh red pepper

1 fresh green pepper

5 cucumbers

3-4 tablespoons of corn

1 larger red onion head

5 tablespoons olive oil

4 dcl cream

Salt as desired

Preparation: Simmer the onion in small pieces in oil. Dice the peppers and cucumbers, add corn and cream. Cooking FIOLI pasta 12 - 14 min. (to the desired "al dente" hardness). Mix everything and salt.
