The Slivovitz is probably the most famous of all Croatian fruit brandies and is a must at any Croatian wedding.

As with all Aura brandies this Slovovitz is manually made of handpicked fruits from local cultivation (Ćićarija slopes in Istria) .

Šumadijski čaj

A tip for the cold season: Warm up with "Šumadijski čaj"! Brown sugar (about 150g per 0.7 l liter Slivowitz) in a pan, stir in with honey (50-60g), douse with slivovitz and then drink hot.
