The family business Kod Milana - Prosciutto producer Bursic is the only Prosciutto producer in Vodnjan and is considered one of the largest production plants in Istria.
For over 30 years, Kod Milana has been known for the production of traditional Istrian ham (Pršut Istarski) and sausages: Istrian ham, bacon, boneless pork loin, pancetta, sausages and other meat products as well as the Easter specialty Spaleta
The quality of Kod Milana's Pršut Istarski is evidenced by numerous gold medals and awards from Croatian and international competitions and fairs. The Bursic Istrian Prosciutto is protected by the EU excellence mark and registered as a Croatian product with the protected designation of origin, which includes control from the farm to the table.
