PRODUCTION OF PRŠUT
This ham is famous for its powerful and smoky taste. For the production of this specialty only high-quality meat from domestic pigs is used. The raw ham is first served with sea salt and then smoked with low-resin hardwood species. Then the ham is ripened for up to 18 months
